Christmas Festive Jumpers

It's officially December! The month of advent, gift giving, and LOTS of fantastic food! December is often the busiest time of the year for all of us, with so many presents to buy, lots of events and reunions to attend, it can be easy to forget about your wardrobe at a time like this. We decorate our trees, our offices, our homes, but who's to say we can't decorate ourselves with a bit of festive spirit! Christmas jumpers are the easiest way to create a festive looking outfit.

Now, there are two types of people in this world: Christmas Jumper wearers, and non-Christmas Jumper wearers! Christmas Jumper wearers are the people who spend November itching to pull out their collection of festive knitwear and tops. They've usually got a large collection, and they often prefer the not-so-subtle designs... we're talking about the all singing, all dancing, flashing light jumpers that cause the non-jumper-wearers eyes to hurt.

Non-jumper-wearers are the rest of the people who are not keen to wear Christmas jumpers. They try to resist, however, social situations such as the annual #ChristmasJumperDay in the office or family traditions mean they must comply and wear a piece of seasonal knitwear at least once a year. Those people are in search of a subtle design that won't cause to much attention to come their way.

At Bonmarché, we welcome both kinds of people and we've got an option for everyone. From big snowflakes and Christmas trees, to delicate Fair Isle prints, there's a festive jumper or top for all occasions.

Fairisle Striped Jumper
Tis The Season T-Shirt

'Tis the Season to be Jolly' after all, so what better way to step into the festive cheer than in our lyrical festive top. This t-shirt is the perfect addition to your winter wardrobe, as it can be paired perfectly with your favourite jeans.

Alternatively, opt for something a little more subtle in our navy fairisle stripe jumper. Cut with a long sleeve and round neck for a classic silhouette, this jumper will be sure to get you into the festive spirit.

Our Exclusive Reindeer Christmas Jumper was designed by Barbara, who won our colleague 'Design a Christmas jumper competition'. The antlers of the reindeer represent her grandchildren's hands, Holly & Ivy! We love the meaningful design.

National Christmas Jumper day is taking place on Friday 16th December 2016, so make sure you're prepared! Take a look at our other options in our selection below.

We'd love to see your Christmas jumper pictures! Send them over to us on our Facebook page or tag us on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #BonChristmasJumper.
