Collect in Store
You can now have your parcel delivered to any of our stores nationwide, completely free of charge!
Simply follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Buy Online or via Telephone Ordering
Shop online and our system will offer you the collect in store delivery option at the checkout. Choose the store most convenient to you and it will show this as your delivery address.
Alternatively, order by telephone on 0330 026 2728 and we will help you to choose the most convenient store.
Step 2 - Collect in-store
You will receive your order confirmation via email, or if ordering by telephone the advisor will provide you with your order number. You will also receive a despatch confirmation when your parcel has been packed in our warehouse - this does not mean that the order has been sent to the store. Parcels will go on the next scheduled delivery to that store.
Your parcel should arrive in store within 7 days of ordering and the store will telephone you when it has arrived (please allow 14 days for Gibraltar). We recommend that you do not make a special journey to the store without first confirming that your order has been received there.
To collect your item you will need to provide either a printed copy of your order confirmation or a note of your order number. If you have neither of these, you will need to present proof of identification (utility bill, bus pass, driving license or passport) when you visit the store.
We will only hold your parcel in store for collection for 28 days from receipt of the parcel. Parcels not collected after 28 days will be refunded.
Refunds are offered if items are returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns may be made either to one of our stores or by post to the address detailed on the delivery note contained in the parcel. In order to receive a refund, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and with the delivery note.
