On Friday 17th November, our fabulous style consultant, Mark Heyes joined us for the grand opening of our new flagship store in Glasgow. The store is located at 123 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3DD. It's in a prime location, just five minutes’ walk from all the major bus routes into the city, and we may be bias, but we have to say it looks fantastic! Mark was on hand to answer your fashion questions, provide style makeovers, sign autographs, and even pack your shopping bags! Here’s what we got up to at the grand opening , plus a few of our favourite photos from the day…

In the lead up to the opening, we ran a competition to search for Glasgow’s ‘Fantastic Females’. The competition gave real women the chance to nominate a friend or family member who they think deserve a day to be spoilt! The prize included a VIP personal shopping experience with our style expert, Mark Heyes, plus a £200 gift card to spend in the new store. Competition winner, Cathie was nominated by her good friend Anne who met the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice Bereavement Support Group. “This would be so amazing to win such a prize that would light up her life just a little bit this Christmas. She herself is very giving and a fun personality this would bring back her sparkle”, Anne told us.

Cathie made the decision to share the prize between herself and three other friends; Anne, Barbara and Christine so that they could all enjoy the day. Mark picked out some gorgeous new outfits for all four ladies and provided tips on how best to dress to flatter their figures.
