Appointed to Bonmarché in 2011, Beth led the turnaround of the new Business Strategy. This enabled the acquisition of Bonmarché by Sun Europe Partners in January 2012. With over 21 years' retail experience, Beth started her career as a graduate trainee with Marks & Spencer Plc where she progressed to Head of Buying for the Accessories Group. She joined Gap Inc as part of the Senior Management Team responsible for the European expansion. Following this, she was appointed as Commercial Director at MS Mode BV, based in the Netherlands, where she played a key part in its performance improvement, prior to its acquisition by Excellent Retail Brands Group in January 2011.

We have an extremely loyal customer following and in developing Bonmarché's multi-channel business, we believe we will deliver a fantastic shopping experience to the growing population of 50+ yr customers.

Joined Bonmarché Limited in 2003. Previously a financial controller at The Peacock Group plc, which he joined in 1996. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, following which he spent 2 further years with the firm working as a corporate recovery manager.

Caroline started her buying career in London where she quickly progressed to a group Buying function for Associated Stores Ltd. Caroline’s next challenge was at Kaleidoscope where she spent 10 years developing the Womenswear offer into a highly successful catalogue business aimed at the 45+ market. As Head of Buying for Womenswear at M&Co, Caroline delivered a fashion focussed clothing range for the 50+ target market. With over 20 years' experience in the mature womenswear sector Caroline, appointed in 2011, plans to develop the Bonmarché collection into fashion appropriate clothing for our known target customer.

Mark Pickersgill - Retail Director
Mark Pickersgill - Retail Director

Appointed in 2008, Mark was part of the Peacock group for 10 years. A specialist in retail operations, having previously worked at Gymboree, C&A, Top Shop and Next.

Jeff Bee - Merchandise Director
Jeff Bee - Merchandise Director

Jeff joined the company in July 2012 in the capacity of Interim Merchandise Director, a position that was made permanent in January 2013. Jeff is a seasoned Buying & Merchandising professional with extensive experience gained with a variety of prestigious High Street retail and home shopping companies including Next, Matalan, Littlewoods Shop Direct and JJB Sport covering the clothing, home wares, accessories and sportswear product areas. In recent years Jeff has been providing Interim and Consultancy support and has worked with the likes of Marks & Spencer, DSGi (Dixons), Faith Footwear and Republic.

I am very much looking forward to working with the buying and merchandising team and supporting them in this very exciting next phase of the growth of the business.
Sean Emmett - Marketing and Multichannel Director
Sean Emmett - Marketing and Multichannel Director

Sean joined Bonmarche in June 2013 as Marketing and Multichannel Director. He started his career at Next, where he gained a broad retail experience with roles as Executive Assistant to George Davies, in Retail Marketing, Product and as Head of Directory Marketing and E-Commerce. During this time, Next online was launched. In 2007, Sean left Next to work with George Davies again at M&S, managing Per Una online and developing their multi channel offer. Following this in 2010 he joined Jessops as Marketing and E-commerce Director where he relaunched the brand, increased online sales fivefold and created a new store concept.

I am looking forward to marketing this great and much loved brand and transforming Bonmarche into a truly multi-channel business
