Terms & Conditions

If you have joined Diamond Club online your free gift and personalised card will be sent by post within a minimum 14 day period.

These terms are between you and Bonmarché limited. They govern our respective rights and obligations. If you register for a diamond club membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these terms carefully.

Fees Renewal

Following payment, you have 14 days cooling off period, during which time you may cancel your agreement and receive a full refund. Following 14 days, this fee is non-refundable.

At the end of the first and any following membership year, your membership will renew automatically for another year, unless you notify us before renewal that you want to cancel or do not want to automatically renew (by setting your account to “do not automatically renew”). You understand your membership will automatically renew and you authorise us (without further notice to you) to collect the then-applicable annual membership fee using any payment card we have on record for you.

If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you have 30 days to provide us a new credit card or your membership will be cancelled. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged within 30 days, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

Membership Cancellation

You can cancel your membership or renewal by calling the priority order line number on 0 33 00 262727. Cancellation of renewal must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the expiry of the validity date. If a renewal is cancelled within 14 days of the expiry date, a full refund will be made.

Termination By US

We may terminate your Diamond Club membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a pro-rated refund of your membership fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of Diamond Club or is harmful to our interests or those of another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
