International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day is here, and it is time to celebrate! To celebrate amazing mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, aunties and best friends. Celebrate that women are finally embracing the message that health and happiness are much more important than spending days counting calories and worrying about eating cake (coffee and walnut anyone?).
We’re putting our foot down, gone are the days of fad diets and exercising until you can’t move, we’re moving forward with our ‘happiness first’ mentality.
