It’s a massive month, astrologically speaking. There are two eclipses: the Full Moon in Leo on 11 February and the New Moon in Pisces on 26 February. No matter what your star sign, these are big celestial events, offering each one of us the opportunity to change.

For the Full Moon, think about what you need to let go of or move on from. Who do you need to forgive? You might even need to forgive yourself. Letting go of past upsets will liberate you from dragging emotional baggage around. This, in turn, will allow you to live more fully in the present, which is considered the secret to happiness.

With the New Moon, it’s time to start something new. It could be a friendship, a course, even a relationship. Make the most of the opportunities the eclipse will bring: on 26 February, draw up a list of your top 10 aspirations and the things you can do to make those dreams come true. Focussing on a goal can work wonders (assuming you’re willing to make the effort). No dream is too big or too small.

Eclipses are rare events and we need to make the most of them.

21 Jan to 19 Feb

The New Moon eclipse this month takes place in your sign. This is a massive omen from the skies that it’s time for you to turn a corner somehow. Perhaps you are still partly reeling from events in the last few years. If that’s the case, draw a line under the past now and move on. This is also the time to think about what you want from the people in your life – and what they need from you.

If you feel like you need more spirituality in your life, then you are not alone.
