Bonmarché launches international shipping to EU countries.
Calling all EU citizens! Ever browsed the Bonmarché website and added piece after piece to your basket only to find at checkout that we don’t ship abroad? Well, times are changing - at Bonmarche, we are opening up our delivery services to reach our customers in the EU, so you can be fashionable and comfortable wherever you are in the world.
International Shipping from 18th March 2024 and will be available in all EU countries:

How it works
To order to your EU country of residence, simply log onto our website and all the product prices will show in Euros and GBP. Then simply add your desired purchases to your basket and go through the usual checkout process.
When you arrive at shipping, select international shipping and enter your delivery address. Both EUR and GBP will show on your initial checkout page however once you have added your delivery and payment information it will only show in GBP. Please bear in mind the final order confirmation and payment will be in GBP.
We will then deliver your new clothes to you within 5 to 14 working days depending on your location.

Returns
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, returns work in the same way across the site. Simply package your purchase up and send it back to us. Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt and must be in their original condition with all tags attached. In your original parcel, you will have received a return slip which must be fully completed, included within the return parcel (or other proof of purchase) and returned to the address on the delivery note.
