Can I place an order by telephone?

Yes, please call our friendly UK based team on 0330 026 2728 and select option 1.

Can I buy and redeem Bonmarché gift cards or e-gift vouchers online?

Yes, you can buy and redeem Bonmarché gift cards and e-gift vouchers online. Our gift cards and e-gift vouchers can be bought on our website or in-store and can be redeemed online and in-store.

To redeem online simply enter the first 21 digits of the card number or e-gift voucher, along with the PIN into the gift card redemption box on the payment page within the checkout.

Please note that our old-style paper gift vouchers can not be redeemed online.

If you pay using a Bonmarché gift card, any returns will be refunded back onto your Bonmarché gift card. Please do not throw your gift card away. If you pay using an e-gift voucher, any refunds will be issued via email to a new e-gift voucher. Orders placed online with a gift card or e-gift voucher that are returned to a store, will be refunded via credit note, credit notes can not be redeemed online.

Paper vouchers cannot be exchanged for gift cards or used to purchase gift cards

What are your payment options online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We also accept Bonmarché Gift Cards & E-Gift Vouchers.

We do not accept Amex.

What is Bonus Club and how can I join?

How do I change my account information?

Simply click on Sign In / Register at the top of page, then enter your email address and password to enter your account. From here you can change your personal details and addresses.

How do I use a Promotional Code?

Promotional codes can be entered in the shopping bag within the box named “Apply Code”. Simply type in the code and on clicking “apply” the discount will be applied to your order. You can then add another code into the box and click apply however most offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. In this instance the last code entered will be applied. If more than one offer can be used then it will be stipulated in the T’s & C’s.

How do I choose the correct size?

How will I know when my collect in store order is ready for collection?

Parcels should arrive in store up to 7 days from ordering. The store will telephone you when this has arrived.

How do I find local store information and opening times?

What is Spend & Save and can I redeem online?

The Spend and Save scheme runs throughout the year in our stores and online. Simply join the Bonus Club for FREE and receive one stamp for every £5 you spend in-store and online. Collect 10 stamps and receive 10% off your next purchase in-store or online. To see how many stamps you have accumulated sign in to your Bonus Club account online, via the app or ask a member of staff in-store.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one to be sent to you. Simply click on Sign In / Register at the top of page, then enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password?"

Purchasing brand products online

When will I get my order
Where your order includes an item or items from Izabel London, these will be despatched direct from the supplier and will take 3-5 working days. Any other items ordered will be despatched direct from Bonmarché and will take 3-5 working days.

Will my order be delivered in one parcel
If you have ordered one of the following branded products: Izabel London, these items will be sent directly from the supplier, please allow 3-5 working days to receive these. All other items will be delivered by our nominated courier within 3-5 working days.

Can you deliver branded items via express delivery
The following brands cannot be delivered via express delivery: Izabel London, as they are sent direct from the supplier and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered

Can I return my branded item to a store or by post
Non-Bonmarché branded items can only be returned by post.

Can I return my branded item to another retailer where they sell the same brand
You will need to return this item to Bonmarché in order to receive a refund

Can I exchange branded items in your stores even though I bought elsewhere
We can not exchange non-Bonmarché branded items in stores, they must be returned by post.
