Can I place an order by telephone?

Yes, please call our friendly UK based team on 0330 026 2728 and select option 1.

What are your payment options online?

We accept most major credit/debit cards (Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron).

You can also pay using PayPal.

We do not accept Amex.

What is Bonus Club and how can I join?

How do I change my account information?

Simply click on Sign In / Register at the top of page, then enter your email address and password to enter your account. From here you can change your personal details and addresses.

How do I use a Promotional Code?

Promotional codes can be entered in the shopping bag within the box named “Enter your promo code”. Simply type in the code and on clicking “apply” the discount will be applied to your order. You can then add another code into the box and click apply however most offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. In this instance the last code entered will be applied. If more than one offer can be used then it will be stipulated in the T’s & C’s.

How will I know when my collect in store order is ready for collection?

Parcels should arrive in store up to 7 days from ordering (please allow 14 days for our Gibraltar store). The store will telephone you when this has arrived.

What is Spend & Save and can I redeem online?

The Spend and Save scheme runs regularly throughout the year in our stores. Simply pick up a collector card from store when the scheme is running and receive a stamp for every £5 spent. Collect 10 stamps before the end of the offer and receive £5 off your next purchase. See in store for terms and conditions. The Spend and Save scheme is available to purchases made online, however you will need to visit your nearest store with your invoice/delivery note to collect your spend and save stamps. Unfortunately, completed spend and save cards cannot be redeemed online.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one to be sent to you. Simply click on Sign In / Register at the top of page, then enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password?"
