You may return items bought online to any open Bonmarché store within 28 days of receipt. Any returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the delivery note or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, an exchange will be offered at the current or last known selling price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we will not refund lingerie (excluding bras), swimwear without the hygiene strip, unsealed cosmetics, hosiery and pierced earrings.
Unfortunately you cannot receive a refund on gift cards & e-gift vouchers.
Orders placed via Klarna or PayPal can only be returned directly to our warehouse.
Certain non-Bonmarché brands cannot be returned to store. Kindly review the product description online for more details.
If you have paid postage on your order, this will not be refunded unless the item was faulty or you have provided the necessary written notice of contract cancellation within 14 days from the date the order was placed.

You can choose whether to have a courier collect your parcel from your house, or by locker drop off, or Parcelshop drop off, and with over 4,500 drop off locations nationwide, it has never been easier to return your parcel.
Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt, must be in their original condition with all tags attached and must include the fully completed returns slip, or we will be unable to process your return.
Orders bought in-store, including via our in-store web ordering service, must be returned to the store.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If we do not receive the returned goods, it is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of return; therefore, we recommend that a traceable postal service be used. If you are returning your parcel via Royal Mail, please ensure that you are using the correct postage for the size and weight of the parcel, or it will not be delivered to us.
